Receptionist / Shop assistant
As an employee in our reception and shop, you are the face of our camping guests and visitors. Here we are looking for a person who, despite the sometimes stressful environment, always has a smile on his face and who constantly works towards making the guests' stay at Ursand something to remember with joy. You are required to be meticulous, responsive, stress-resistant and flexible. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, who enjoys working at a fast pace with people and in a group.
Employment
- June to mid-August. Weekends in April/May may occur.
- Rolling schedule with varied working hours.
- Training takes place in March-May.
- You are offered service training, CPR and fire training on site.
- Salary according to collective agreement HRF.
Previous knowledge
- Be able to master English fluently in speech and writing, other languages are meritorious.
- Previous reception/cash register experience is advantageous but not a requirement.
- Knowledge of the local area.
- You must be 18 years of age to apply to the reception.

The position includes, among other things:
- You are the first and last thing the guest sees and experiences at the campsite.
- Receive, check in and check out guests, answer phone calls and emails.
- Shop assistant, picking out goods, profiling goods and keeping order in the store.
- Always be updated on what is happening at Ursand week by week.
- Have knowledge of activities and sights around Vänersborg.
- Have a good knowledge of what is available at Ursand, for example what the cabins look like inside, where things are etc.
- Always keep the reception, the shop and the spaces behind clean and tidy.
- Cash responsibility.
- Perform simple cafe tasks and bake bake-off bread.
- You must be flexible and be able to jump into our other units at the campsite if necessary.
